At So Sweet, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is defective or damaged. Defective claims are assessed at our sole discretion. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the defect (photo/video).
Any returned item must be:
- In its original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Unused and unopened
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7β10 working days.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
