So Sweet SteviaThis was my 4th order. It doesn't spike sugar and gives sweetness. No after taste. Zero calary is claimed by the manufacturers. However, I haven't check it. Mo side effect is noticed.

Love this, this is exactly as advertised and helped me to replace sugar, while managing calories and great control on diabetes of family members while enjoying their favourite sweet food items. Just know that this isn't stevia with a carrier compund , it's pure stevia, so even a little amount gets the job done.
